Section 65
Amendment, Repeal and Protection
(1) Leakage of Revenue (Investigation and Control) Act, 2052,-
(a) Clause (c) of Section 2 is deleted.
(b) Sub-section (2) of section 6 is omitted.
(c) In sub-section (4) of section 9, the words "or employees" are deleted.
(d) Sub-section (2) of section 18 is deleted (e) Sub-section (2) of section 21 has been deleted.
(f) Sub-section (2) of section 23 is omitted.
(g) The words "or corruption" used in places have been deleted.
(h) Section 5, paragraph-4 and section 25 are repealed.
(2) The Prevention of Corruption Act, 2017 is repealed (3) Actions taken in accordance with the Prevention of Corruption Act, 2017 shall be deemed to be taken in accordance with this Act.

(c) In sub-section (4) of section 9, the words "or employees" are deleted.
(d) Sub-section (2) of section 18 is deleted (e) Sub-section (2) of section 21 has been deleted.

(g) The words "or corruption" used in places have been deleted.
(h) Section 5, paragraph-4 and section 25 are repealed.
(2) The Prevention of Corruption Act, 2017 is repealed (3) Actions taken in accordance with the Prevention of Corruption Act, 2017 shall be deemed to be taken in accordance with this Act.
